1. Overview
CCS respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, contact us, or place an order, and what we do with it. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
- Contact & inquiry details you provide — name, email, phone, project description, and any details you share for a custom quote.
- Order information — items ordered, shipping address, and contact info needed to fulfill and ship your order.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or other payment methods on our servers.
- Basic technical data — standard server and analytics information such as browser type and pages visited.
- Site analytics — pages you view, the site or app you arrived from (for example Instagram or TikTok), whether you’re on a phone or a computer, roughly how long you stay, and a general region derived from your device’s time zone. We do not look up your IP address to locate you, and we do not collect your precise location.
- Unfinished quote requests — if you start building a quote and enter your name, email, or phone but never submit it, we may save what you’d configured so we can follow up. You can opt out of this at any time (see Cookies & analytics), and you can ask us to delete it.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
- To process payments, build, and ship your order.
- To send order confirmations and updates.
- To improve the site and our service.
4. Service providers
We share only the information needed with trusted providers who help us run the business:
- Payment processing (e.g., our card processor or cashier) to take payment securely.
- Email delivery (SendGrid) to send confirmations and replies.
- Hosting & data storage (Google Firebase) to run the site and store order records.
- Analytics (Google Analytics, if enabled) to understand how the site is used.
These providers handle your data under their own privacy and security terms.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use a small amount of browser storage for two things:
- Essential — your shopping cart and your cookie choice itself. These are required for the site to work and are never used to track you. They can’t be turned off.
- Analytics — an anonymous, randomly generated ID so we can tell one visit from another, count how many people come to the site, see which pages they read and which platform sent them. This is on by default. We do not sell your data, run ads, or build advertising profiles.
You can turn analytics off. Choose Reject on the cookie banner, or click Cookie preferences in the footer of any page at any time. Rejecting stops all analytics, disables Google Analytics, and stops us from saving unfinished quote requests from your browser.
6. Data retention
We keep inquiry and order records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email customcartsupply@gmail.com
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
