Shipping
We ship within the United States and Worldwide as well.
- Every piece is custom crated and shipped to protect it in transit.
- Shipping is quoted per item based on the length, width, height, and overall weight of the crated piece. There is no free freight.
- For larger pieces, your shipping cost is confirmed before your order is finalized.
Local pickup & delivery
Local pickup is available at the shop: In Winchester KY. Delivery is offered in the Kansas City area, and elsewhere on request depending on location. Choose pickup or ask about delivery when you order, and we’ll coordinate timing once your piece is ready.
Lead times
Custom builds currently run 2-6 weeks, varying with production demand. Your exact lead time is communicated when your deposit is taken. In-stock and generic-SKU items ship sooner — their lead time is shown at checkout. Rush options may be available on request, depending on the current schedule.
Returns & refunds
Because nearly everything we make is custom built to order, we do not offer refunds — we stand behind our work instead.
- The 45% deposit on custom builds is non-refundable, since materials are ordered and shop time is reserved for your piece.
- Digital DIY plans are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once sent.
Damage in transit & making it right
If your piece arrives damaged in shipping, or if something about your order isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible at @customcartsupplygmail-com — ideally with photos. We will work with you to correct the problem. Please inspect your crate on arrival and keep all packaging until any issue is resolved.
